Requests for Quotations: The e-commerce platform only accepts requests for quotations from registered users. Quotations are non-binding and do not include payment and shipping information.
Approval and Notification: Requests for quotations will be evaluated and approved by F&D Commercial Italia. Once accepted, F&D Commercial Italia will notify the user of the confirmation of the quotation request, including any variations and modifications based on the availability of the requested products.
Payment and Shipping Methods: After acceptance of the quote, F&D Commercial Italia will issue the invoice, followed by an advance payment, after which the customer will be contacted to agree on the most suitable shipping methods for their needs.
